1. Overview
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and Echo Mockups ("Licensor") and governs your use of the mockups, bundles, template systems and any other digital files ("Items") made available on this site. By purchasing, downloading or otherwise accessing an Item, you agree to the terms below.
2. What you're buying
You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Item. You are not purchasing the Item itself, and Echo Mockups retains all copyright and ownership of the underlying files, design assets and source templates.
3. Standard License
Included with every purchase unless stated otherwise. Under the Standard License, you may:
- Use the Item to present your own designs, or designs you were commissioned to create for a client.
- Modify, resize and recolor the Item's editable smart-object layers.
- Use the finished output (the presentation image) in unlimited personal or commercial projects, portfolios, pitch decks, social media, websites and client deliverables.
- Use the Item on behalf of one client per purchase, for a single end product.
4. What's not allowed
Regardless of license tier, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the raw Item files (PSD, AI, Figma, Sketch or any editable source) on their own, whether for free or for payment.
- Upload the Item, in whole or in part, to another marketplace, stock site, template library or asset bundle.
- Claim authorship of the Item's design or register it, or a derivative of it, as your own trademark or design.
- Use the Item in any product whose primary purpose is to recreate or compete with Echo Mockups, for example another mockup library.
- Use the Item in content that is defamatory, unlawful, or infringes on a third party's rights.
5. Extended License
An Extended License is required when the Item will be used in an end product that is itself sold or distributed to multiple end users, for example a template, theme, SaaS product, or a design asset resold as part of another package. Extended License terms and pricing are available on request; contact us before use if you're unsure which tier applies.
6. Attribution
No attribution is required for use under the Standard or Extended License. Optional credit is always appreciated but never mandatory.
7. Refunds
Because Items are delivered as digital downloads, purchases are generally final. See our Refund Policy for the specific cases where a refund applies.
8. Term and termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. Echo Mockups may terminate it immediately if you breach any of the terms above, at which point you must stop using the Item and destroy all copies. Any content already published prior to termination is not required to be taken down, provided the original use complied with this Agreement.
9. Liability
Items are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Echo Mockups is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of an Item, including issues caused by third-party software required to open the files.
10. Changes to this Agreement
We may update these terms from time to time. Purchases made before a change remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase; continued use of new downloads after an update means you accept the revised terms.
