Digital products
All mockups, bundles and template systems sold on Echo are delivered as digital downloads. Because the files are accessible immediately after purchase, we're unable to offer refunds once a download link has been issued or a file has been accessed.
Exceptions
We'll issue a refund or store credit in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete or doesn't match its listing description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- A technical error on our end prevented delivery of the purchased files.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll review it within 2 business days.
Subscriptions and licenses
If you cancel a recurring plan, you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate or refund partial periods already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@echomockups.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
